Once your order is placed it cannot be refunded unless you have accidentally purchased the wrong plan, wrong item, or had too many items in your cart during check out. Then a refund or further extension may and/or will be applied to your existing account. A representative normally catches these and will contact you right away to verify multiple plans purchased in a single order before the order is completely processed.
